An Atco Junior Safety First Trainer Car - these were produced in 1938 by Atco (the lawnmower manufacturers) for the purpose of training children how to drive to try and improve road safety. Two hundred prototypes were produced with the idea of providing driving lessons at schools, but after the War broke out production was halted and then after the war the idea was never pursued.
